The Walk and Talk for Wellness Team
Walk and Talk sessions are run in small groups, as well as one-on-one with a trained facilitator, who has specialised skills in counselling.
Walk and Talk for Wellness isn't about doing therapy,
it is about connecting with another person, connecting with the world around us, and being heard.
